Day 21: It's Beginning to Look A LOT Like Christmas!

Today was the last last day of term - this one was for Clemency, who finished school today and, after tidying away the Christmas decorations in her classroom, headed home for the holidays!

Meanwhile, Ginny and I have had a very productive day, getting the Railway Room to a point where it is *very nearly* usable! It should just take another hour or two to get to the point where it will then stay until the new year, when we can get the finishing touches done.

Picture 1: Here is the Railway Room, looking absolutely fantastic!

Pictures 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9: During the walk this morning, we went in a three! This is practically unheard of as walks are usually pairs and pups only, but today it was an exception.

Pictures 10 and 11: Welcome back, Rusty the Singing Spaniel!

Picture 12: Getting the table down from Clem's room was interesting. Not only did it involve taking her door off its hinges, it also meant we had to get it downstairs!

Pictures 13, 14, 15 and 16: The moon was really lovely this evening! Ginny got better pictures, but she hasn't sent them to me, so you're just getting mine. Sorry!

Picture 17: Here it is in my eyes! (Ok, that might not be the moon!)

Picture 18: Ginny was more of a fairweather Moongazer, so she just stayed in the car!

Pictures 19 and 20: Another lot of decorations are up - this time on the top landing. The tree is still looking gorgeous too.

Picture 21: Film Night tonight, and it was Daddy's choice: While You Were Sleeping. We all approved!
